Ma’am, yes ma’am!

Top: Talbots/Goodwill ($4), Shorts: Old Navy/GW, NWT ($4), Shoes: gifted, Earrings: GW ($2), Bracelet: gifted

TOTAL: $10

Between the fact that I’m wearing a Talbots shirt and the fact that I got “ma’amed” by a sweet little 20-nothing-year-old after class the other day…oh, and the fact that there are little military epaulets on the shoulders of my shirt, I’m thinking I may have to start requiring salutes and “Yes ma’ams” everywhere I go.

Also, I may need to buy a walker and start driving 15 below the speed limit.

Wow. Apparently, all it takes is wearing a mom-brand and getting ma’amed once a couple of week before my 29th birthday to age me a good 30 years. Yikes! I’m not a fan of where this is heading.

So, what did I do? I took a picture with my incredibly cute baby girl. She’s young. Very young. And laughing at her adorableness makes me feel young too.

So, call me ma’am all you want…I won’t mind (as long as you salute while you’re doing it, of course).

P.S. If you want to see more pics of that gorgeous little girl, head on over to Five days…5 ways. I’m talking about something pretty special today.
